These groups include public charities, churches, hospitals, schools, research organizations and private foundations. A majority of tax authorities also allow a sales tax exemption for items that will be resold to the final customer.

Click here to complete the form and attach a copy of your sales tax exemption certificate. Once received and processed, your account will be updated within 24 – 48 business hours. The tax exemption is per account within our system. If you have multiple accounts or users, you must submit for each one.

No, JavaStock only ships orders and does not allow orders to be picked up. If your order needs to be expedited, please select the necessary shipping method at the time of checkout. Additional shipping cost will be applied to your order.

Orders placed by 2 pm CEN, will ship same day. Orders placed after 2 pm CEN, will ship the following business day. If your order is more than 20 cases, it may go freight and should ship within 24 - 48 business hours

Refer to the shipping confirmation email sent to the email account on file. Check tracking number(s) to see transit details or confirm that your order was delivered. If tracking shows the order as delivered and you didn’t receive, please contact Customer Support for assistance. If you receive an order and have damaged product, contact Customer Support immediately and include picture(s) of the damages along with your order number. We’ll process a claim with the shipper along with a credit or replacement.

No, orders are shipped by UPS and they don’t deliver to a PO Box.

Ground shipping is included for the 48 contiguous United States. If you want to expedite an order, select 2nd day or NDA. Additional shipping cost is provided and will be applied to your order. For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, the shipping charges will be based off the total weight of the order.

Custom Printing
Custom Printing
Custom printing is handled through our parent company, Graphic Packaging International. In order to fulfill your request, you can contact a representative at (800) 537-4141. This is a customer service line, so you will need to let them know you are looking for custom printing in your area and they will transfer you accordingly.
The average minimums are as follows (these will vary depending on product and size): Hot cups: 100,000 per size, Cold cups: 150,000 per size and Sleeves: 60,000
The rep will be able to give you set up, timing and pricing details.
If you’re looking for a smaller order quantity and labels may be an option, try Sticker Mule to create your own and order them. They have low minimums and can do a variety of shapes and sizes. You may also be able to search for a local printer in your area.
