JavaStock Return Policy

 

JavaStock accepts a return within 30 business days from the delivery date of your order. Contact JavaStock Customer Support to request the return and receive the full instructions. Clearance item(s) are final and can’t be returned or exchanged. 

Full case(s) are accepted for return. The case(s) can be opened but the individual sleeves must be intact (unopen/unused) for return. If you have an open sleeve, please remove from the case, as we won’t return that sleeve.

Return shipping and handling is your responsibility back to JavaStock.

Shipping Damage: You must notify JavaStock Customer Support within 24 hours of receiving your order regarding the damage. Provide pictures of the damage, shipping label, a copy of your order confirmation and any related information that may be helpful. This is required and we’ll initiate a claim with the shipper. Shipping damage may occur and it is your responsibility to immediately inspect your package upon arrival to look for visible signs of shipping damage such as holes in packaging or water damage. You have the right to refuse delivery if you believe that damage has occurred.
